A small village house above the Cetina river — half an hour from Split, half an hour from the Makarska Riviera, and a world away from both.
Family-run · Sleeps 5 · Three bedrooms
Madrino sits in Kreševo Polje — a quiet karst valley in the Dalmatian hinterland, cradled by the Cetina river canyon to the south and the rising wall of Biokovo to the east. Beaches that have been called the most beautiful in the world are twenty minutes away by car. So are the canyons, the islands, and the Imotski lakes that the Croatians call "the Loch Nesses of Dalmatia." And yet here, at the house — birdsong, olive trees, the smell of woodsmoke from the summer kitchen, and the family vegetable garden growing behind the southern wall.
Three bedrooms, one bathroom and an extra toilet. Big enough for a family or close friends.
The Cetina runs just below — pebble river beaches a few kilometres west, canyon rafting starts nearby.
Brela, Baška Voda and the Makarska Riviera coast — a short drive over the Biokovo foothills.
Hot tub, summer kitchen with BBQ, kids' playground, vegetable garden — fully fenced, safe for kids and pets.

Three bedrooms, two air-cons, hot tub in the front yard, summer kitchen with a fireplace, kids' playground, and a vegetable garden you're welcome to pick from.
